Photography by Dornbracht.

Talk about making a splash.
Dornbracht ’s performance-art side comes out right in the lobby of New York’s New Museum, as the introduction to “2015 Triennial: Surround Audience” on view through May 24. The Island (Ken) , an installation by the four-person collaborative Dis with the branding agency Meiré und Meiré , is a kitchen-bathroom combo featuring the manufacturer’s custom kitchen and Horizontal shower fittings. Models take turns preparing a salad and actually getting wet.
