Re:Source Hosts 768 Designer Meetings in Rancho Palos Verdes

This week, 115 designers and manufacturers gathered at the scenic Terranea resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, for Interior Design’s biannual Re:Source event. The guests were on site for three full days to network and learn with their peers. Re:Source gives designers the opportunity to discover suppliers and their latest offerings through targeted, face-to-face meetings. A whopping 768 appointments took place over the course of the retreat.

But the program wasn’t strictly business. Two inspiring sessions kicked off Monday’s programming. First up was an interactive presentation by California paper artist Tahiti Pehrson, who had the audience help cut pieces for a work that he unveiled the next day. Then Interior Design deputy editor Edie Cohen spoke with Hall of Fame member Hagy Belzberg about his ambitious new project in Mexico. That afternoon, attendees chose from one of three activities—hiking, biking, and wine tasting—that allowed them to experience the beautiful property.
