5. Firm: David Chipperfield Architects
Project: East Building for the Saint Louis Art Museum, Missouri

Photography: Jacob Sharp and Alise O’Brien.

6. Firm: Mateo Arquitectura
Project: Entrance Hall for the National Gallery in Prague
Standout: a modern structure in glass and metal closes off the courtyard between the Baroque Salm Palace and Schwarzenberg Palace, both dating to the early 1700’s.
