Father and son, William Lim of CL3 Architects and Kevin Lim of OpenUU, respectively, team up again for another industrial conversion in Hong Kong. The first phase of designing Osage Open is complete: creating flexible indoor/outdoor showroom and gallery spaces in Kwun Tong, a busy neighborhood.
