Pop Art Design will juxtapose mid-20th century pop art-including pieces by Andy Warhol, Claes Oldenburg, Roy Lichtenstein, Ed Ruscha, and Richard Hamilton-with furniture and objects by such Pop-era designers as Charles Eames, Achille Castiglioni, Ettore Sottsass, and George Nelson. The exhibit seeks to expose the connections between pop art and design.
