Dutch Financial Office by i29 Interior Architects Balances Privacy and Transparency

Financial well-being is the goal. So states the website of BKR, the Dutch national credit registration center. For I29 Interior Architects, which designed the 4,300-square-foot office in Tiel, the goal was to create a space where customers are comfortable discussing sensitive financial information, while retaining a sense of transparency. The solution: acoustically sound oak-lined meeting booths, their simplicity derived from Dutch modernism. Further, the color palette is derived from the flag of the Netherlands.
