In conceivina his first rug collection, David Weeks drew on his experience as a designer and artist. Hand tufted using hand-spun and -dyed wool, the abstract compositions were developed for Weeks's current show at Ralph Pucci. And the two patterns are being issued in a limited edition of 10 in two colorways. Because the wool is dyed in small batches, it takes to the yarn unevenly, giving variation, movement, and depth.
