Ultramodern lavatory sinks are often truncated and impractical, but there will be no unintended splashes here. At just over 5 inches deep, the 16-by-24 inch Blu-Stone countertop basin is relatively shallow but still manages a generous volume and an integral overflow. The clean yet curvy lines give it a mod look, as does it's eye-popping palette (concrete, black, red, biscuit, and lime included). Basins are made from injection-molded quartzite, a nonporous and antimicrobial composite surface that's more durable than ceramic. It's scratch and stain resistant, and you can polish out slight mishaps. The material replicates the look and feel of natural stone but in hues nature never intended.
