Walcot House
Universal

Jewelry goes on last, of course—and drapery hardware rarely leads a specifier's list. But don't tell that to the staff at Walcot House. Each design from the company's studio reads like a statement piece, certainly not an afterthought. Commanding the most attention, glass details are available in a multitude of colors.

When it comes to finials—35-plus of them, most with matching tiebacks—customers are free to create their own color combinations. Mix-and-match Moonstone finials, for example, are designed to accept round or square ornaments in 12 saturated shades. In the Beaded series, finials are bedecked in "bracelets" of either smooth or faceted beads. Beyond finials, the Universal group's curtain headings are like cuff links for the window: They're offered with both plain stainless-steel heads and, for the more adventurous, 36 colored inserts. Choice extends even to pole material: stainless steel, brushed bronze, ash, or acrylic. If all that decision-making causes any anxiety, the company offers a printed step-by-step checklist to soothe the overstimulated. 44-1993-832940; walcothouse.com.

Coro
Nest

It takes just a single open door to connect the indoors to the outside world. For a furniture designer, however, the gap between the two can be intimidating to conquer. Stefano Gallizioli shows no such trepidation with Coro's Nest collection, which is making its U.S. debut.

Refined enough for a solarium, the Nest chaise longue and accompanying side table are equally patio-worthy. If indoor-outdoor flexibility isn't enough, consider the configuration factor. Separate the two-part Circular sofa, and get a pair of lounge chairs. Or combine two Corner seats to form a chaise.

As for cushion upholstery, specify either COM or an outdoor-safe proprietary fabric that resists mildew and UV rays and comes in seven colors including cinnabar, white, and charcoal black; the filling of small foam pieces allows water to drain right through. Frames are satin-finished stainless steel. All have backs of leather (indoors) or reinforced PVC-nylon cord (out). Lepere, 212-488-7000; lepereinc.com.

Segis
Highway

Don't sweat the bumps in the road—or on Highway. Bartoli Design's modules, which combine polyurethane-foam seats with supports in lacquered steel, stainless steel, or satin chrome, can be configured into multiple arrangements. There's a sofa version, too. 39-0577-980333; segis.it.
Phillip Jeffries
Juicy Jute

Color is in full bloom with Juicy Jute grass cloth. Offered in 29 jewel tones, pastels, and neutrals, this wall covering is hand crafted from jute yarns—twice as many as in a typical grass-cloth construction. The backing is recycled paper. 800-576-5455; phillipjeffries.com.
FAF Design
Onon

Capturing the rhythms of life in two dimensions, Onon wall coverings are print-receptive, fire-retardant polyester faux vellum. Choose from 14 textured patterns and 49 finishes. 972-3-5182745; ononsurface.com.
Gandia Blasco
Flat

Horizontality hits a high note with Mario Ruiz's Flat daybeds. Designed for the outdoors, the frames of seamless thermo-lacquered aluminum support polyethylene cushions. Finish colors are black, white, orange, and green; for the cushions, it's black, white, gray, chocolate brown, orange, and Egg Yellow. 217 East 59th Street, New York, NY 10022; 212-421-6701; gandiablasco.com.
A.P.F. Munn
Gold Rings Tree

The Rockwell Group's Gold Rings Tree reflects images in 110 individually laser-cut pieces of mirror. Because it's made to order, almost any conceivable finish can be substituted for the standard gold leaf. Dimensions are 53 by 86 inches. 60 Fullerton Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704; 914-665-5400; apfmunn.com.
Nienkämper
Arda

Despite a small footprint, Arda fills some big shoes. The chair can be upholstered in either fabric or leather to complement a back shell offered in maple, walnut, or cherry. A stainless-steel handle on the back, hind legs in brushed aluminum, and castors can be part of the picture, too. 257 Finchdene Square, Toronto, Ontario M1X 1B9, Canada; 800-668-9318; nienkamper.com.
Stark Carpet Corp.
Waltz

You'll cut a rug with Waltz. A white viscose loop creates the graceful pattern on a black ground of cut-pile semi-worsted wool. Specify custom sizes. 979 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022; 212-752-9000; starkcarpet.com.
Palecek
Havana

The perfect spot to absorb mambo rhythms, the Havana armchair is all about taking it easy. Its body is woven abaca, a fiber derived from the stalks of banana plants; the curved arms are fashioned from plantation-grown mahogany; and the upholstery is offered in 20 colors of aged leather, including espresso, and any company fabric. Measurements are a generous 32 inches wide by 34 deep. P.O. Box 225, Richmond, CA 94808; 800-274-7730; palecek.com.
