Living: The Italian House in Soho

Promos, a specialized division of the Milan Chamber of Commerce focused on the development of international activities, will launch 'Living the Italian Soho House' on October 27, 2008 at 172 Mercer Street in New York City. Living, created in collaboration with Regione Lombardia, will present a selection of Lombardy-designed furniture and home accessories in a narrative journey through the traditional Italian home. The house will be on display in SoHo in Manhattan through December 20, 2008.

The idea behind Living the Italian Soho House is to recreate five spaces found in Italian houses by using elements and products from 35 of the most innovative design companies in Italy. The space will include a kitchen, dining room, living room with garden, office and entertainment room, bathroom/spa, and bedroom. There will also be a welcome room, which will host seminars, events, and presentations over Living’s eight-week residency.
