The 2012 East Hampton Antiques Show

The East Hampton Historical Society announces the return of the highly anticipated East Hampton Antiques Show to the historic grounds of Mulford Farm on Saturday July 21st through Sunday, July 22nd.

Designer and author Charlotte Moss is the Honorary Chairperson of the Friday, July 20th Preview Cocktail Party, which offers patrons an early buying opportunity of the array of antiques and collectibles. Ticket proceeds benefit the East Hampton Historical Society.

The events take place on the pastoral grounds of Mulford Farm, located on James Lane in the heart of the village of East Hampton.  This historic 3.5-acre property features a restored 17th century farm house as well as several barns and outbuildings that are among the oldest on eastern Long Island.

The focus of the show is antiques and decorative items for the home and garden. Vintage rattan and bamboo furniture, lighting, textiles, architectural elements, American formal and country painted furniture, Art Deco and Moderne furniture, garden ornaments, wrought iron accessories, industrial items, paintings, trade signs, period jewelry, weather vanes, and mirrors will be offered.

This year’s list includes Tom Scheerer, Marshall Watson, Tom Samet and Sharon Simonaire to name just a few.

Admission to the Antiques Show is $10, with early buying at $20.  Show hours are Saturday, July 21st from 10am – 6pm, with an early buying hour at 9am. On Sunday the show is open from 10am – 4pm. The show offers an on-site café for a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. 

Tickets for the Friday night Opening Preview Cocktail Party (from 6pm – 8:30pm) start at $150 per person and enable return visits the following days. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate the night of the event.
