Chris co-leads the design department at AC Martin. With a background in design, construction documentation, and construction administration, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the department. His primary interest and responsibility is to reinforce the company’s continued focus on design. The Lab Gastropub is one of Chris’ signature endeavors. The project exceeded all initial projections by twofold, and was recognized with the prestigious “Good Design is Good Business” award in 2009 by Business Week Magazine and Architectural Record. He has worked on many other award-winning projects as well, including the Shop Café at the University of Southern California, the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf Astoria in NYC, the Hollenbeck Replacement Police Station in Boyle Heights, and the Nutwood Parking Structure at CSU, Fullerton, cited by Business Week magazine as one of the world’s best places to park in their 2008 review of  “Traffic Stopping Parking Structures.”
