Ghislaine Viñas
Ghislaine Viñas (pronounced "ghee -lan veen - yas") started her design firm, Ghislaine Viñas Interior Design, in 1999. Never one to follow convention, Ghislaine is always on the lookout for things that make her smile. Obsessions include color, quirky objects, and the combinations of great simple design coupled with the unusual and unexpected. Born in the Netherland and schooled in South Africa, Ghislaine has called New York City home since 1990. She lives "blissfully" in downtown Manhattan with her graphic designer husband and her 2 little girls.

WORKac's portfolio shows all of that.I want to share a proje... I'm a sucker for circles and absolutely adore the super talented designer Paola Navone. Made of perforated sheet aluminum and designed in 2008, you can talk to the folks at Poliform for more info. I've got to use this for a project soooooon!... MoreLink This | Email This | Comments (6) ShineI recently discovered these dressers on the website shinebysho.com. Modern and sleek, yet they have a beautifully executed nod to the past. Maybe this caught my attention too because that yellow on the taller chest of drawers is so beautiful, bright, and happy!...
