Arktura, a U.S.-based furniture company "born out of the mind of architects," makes a graceful and green design gesture with their Hive bench (which also can be used as a table). The steel bench boasts high recycled content and no-VOC powder coating, all made in a wind and solar-powered production factory. The lace-meets-spiderweb delicacy of such a solid piece of furniture is a great combination of styles that would bring flair and function to many a dull hallway.
