Louis Vuitton's Office-In-A-Box

May 14, 2009

Compact living is greener living, right? What about Louis Vuitton’s concept for an "office-in-a-box," combining all your work needs in a toteable and oh-so-high-fashion crate? We find it to be more commentary than practical (many have called it the antithesis of sustainability), but nonetheless an interesting effort and critique on the intersection (or fork in the road?) of luxury and sustainable culture. The solar-powered self contained contains all your peripherals, computer, and more, including a case for 40 iPods.

The kettle is positioned perfectly - just above the laptop... Looks like a throw back to 50 years ago. And 40 ipods? is this for theives?
