The Simplest, Most Cork-like Cork Stool

One of the original green materials, cork is most commonly made from the thick bark of a cork oak tree, a species that regrows its bark in very short regrowth cycles, thus making it a relatively renewable material (similar to bamboo). For design applications, it’s light, durable, and can be used for everything from seating to flooring to wall treatments.
