Uroko House: the perfect reading nook for kids

July 7, 2009

What better way to get your tots to love reading than to create the COOLEST space ever for their books? Point Architects, a Japanese firm, has created the Uroko House, a book "igloo" that serves as both a circular bookshelf and an inhabitable reading nook and sleeping pod. The shelves are open, so that books can be accessed from inside or out, and the felt "shingles" make for a fantastic tent-like interior space.
