IllumiCharger Wall-Mount Solar Panel

The IllumiCharger may just be a concept, but it has grabbed the attention of the judges in the Greener Gadgets Design Competition. By soaking up ambient light from your home, the wall-mounted solar charger provides clean energy for small gadgets like cell phones and iPods (anything with a USB, actually). The concept is designed by Greenwaves, and its shell would be made from a corn-based plastic. IllumiCharge is one of 18 concepts in the Greener Gadgets Competition, leading up to the conference later this month! Check out all the finalists here and vote for your favorite!
