Djinn Good Enough For Space Odyssey / Good Enough For Me

We've been working on the interiors for clients who have a gorgeous house in Los Feliz, LA. One half of the couple is a ridiculously talented architect with impeccable taste and the other half, while not an architect also has fabulous taste. The architecture is so good that if I were to move into their house (dream on, Ghislaine...) I would not change a single detail or finish. It is perfection. The couple needed some craziness and quirkiness infused into the house, so we were called in. We've been working tirelessly on creating their interiors which is challenging when your clients are both design savvy and have a high level of sophistication and great taste. No pulling the wool over anyone's eyes...not that we ever would but, well, you know. I came across these Djinn chairs which became famous after being featured in Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey." Yes, I'm slightly obsessed, and yes, I need to use these chairs on a project soonish! If not the LA project, then another one.
