Ineke Hans for Arco

I'm a big fan the Dutch furniture company Arco. A couple of years ago, I was helping my parents with their living room/dining room in Holland and we decided that the Frame chairs from Arco were going to be perfect around their table. It's a simply gorgeous chair--uncomplicated and pure. I check in with the company often and was happy to come across these chairs designed by one of my all-time favorite designers Ineke Hans. Here is the Fly chair which she designed for them. I can pick out Ineke's work by the playful angular approach to her design. I've never met her but I hear she's a pretty funny lady. Doesn't surprise me since I think her designs have a beautifully strong yet light hearted feel to them.
