"The Finest Rooms in America" Arrives
My book, "The Finest Rooms in America," is finally arriving in bookstores on November 9. After the long process of putting it together, it will be exciting to finally hear your responses to the 50 rooms I selected. I expect that there will be a great variety of opinion about what was chosen and that many of you will have you own ideas about what should and should not have been in the book. To that end, I have created a website, thefinestrooms.com, that includes a page where you can tell me about rooms that you think are fine and upload images as well. I look forward to seeing your contributions.
In the meantime, I am including a sampling of rooms here that I thought might be of interest to many Interior Design readers. These may spur you on to thefinestrooms.com to post your thoughts.

I can hardly wait for THE FINEST ROOMS IN AMERICA to become available! It looks like there is a great variety presented, and Thomas Jayne's unerring eye for the well-edited space will make this a sure hit!
