A New and Improved Weinberg Modern

A rolling stone, they say, gathers no moss. I never really knew what this meant, and still don't, but I just spent the past week prepping and moving into my bigger and better showroom on the opposite side of the same floor of the New York Design Center. I didn't expect to be doing this until the end of the year, but the space I coveted opened up sooner than expected, and I jumped at the opportunity. I fully plan on staying put for the foreseeable future.
As soon as I finish writing this post, I will be putting the finishing touches on a space that is brighter, airier, and 50 percent bigger than before. Located closer to the elevators, across from Kravet, and between Design Lush and Sanford Hall, the space is now easier to find, also.

The images included here provide a sneak preview. To see more, visit the new and improved Weinberg Modern showroom, now easier to find.
Still under wraps, the showroom will be open by Monday, in time for What's New, What's Next at the New York Design Center on Wednesday, September 22. As part of the building-wide programming, the fourth floor galleries have been linked with a blogger, who will be posting and tweeting in real time. Visit the Design Center to meet tastemakers such as Liz Orgers of Shorely Chic, Patrick Hamilton of Ask Patrick, Christina DeSmet of DeSmitten, and Suzanne and Danielle De Vita of Design Calendar.

While here, be sure to visit Weinberg Modern, at its new location in the large and airy Suite 407. Enjoy some relatively fine wine and wasabi peas, and meet Carol Vanderkloot of 2 Modern, who will be blogging about the vintage modern design
and other topics of interest. Don't miss this rare opportunity to meet the people behind the websites we look at daily.
Did I mention that my new showroom is bigger and easier to find?
