Paper, Paper, on the Wall

May 31, 2010

I keep coming across wallpapers that catch my eye--I'm not really looking for any for a specific project, so I am putting them in my back pocket and sharing them on this blog.

First up, a sample that is hanging on my inspiration board right now: Vivienne Westwood for Cole and Son. My favorite colorway is the red/orange, but since I'm starting to have a torrid love affair with blue, I'm putting the blue in second place.

Next is one from a company that is new in my world. This one is from Barcelona-based Tres Tinta that I met at ICFF this year. Super bold and graphic, Héxagono is available in a bunch of colors but the black and white is my favorite.

A third one also from Tres Tintas this time by Javier Mariscal. This one I have to admit kind of grew on me. It's like a big doodle of all kinds of faces - quirky and fun.
