Richard Hutten

Despite this fabulous chair being called the Cloud Chair, it actually reminds me of a cluster of bubbles.

I am always attracted to this sort of organic circular form. I found it on one of my favorite blogs DesignBoom. The chair is by Dutch designer Richard Hutten and was introduced in 2009 as a limited edition piece produced by Ormond Editions in Geneva. I think it would make a spectacular piece for a living room, especially teamed with other silvery gray pieces. I did not inquire about the cost or how many were made, but it looks expensive, right?
