Inspiration Everywhere

October 20, 2008

We spent a freakishly amazing day in Williamsburg, Brooklyn this Sunday. I really love how there are all kinds of discoveries to be made in every nook and cranny that this neighborhood has to offer. It’s a lot like TriBeCa used to be 20 years ago when I moved into this neighborhood.

Apart from eating delicious food, popping into stores like Golden Calf and The Future Perfect, laughing with my friends, kicking a soccer ball we found on the side of the street with the kids, and shopping at Beacon’s (great vintage clothing warehouse), I had my eye on all the beautiful street art that adorned Williamsburg’s shabby roadways.

Dodging local hipsters–and the soccer ball–I was able to snap some beautiful shots of the street art. Back at the office, they become inspiration for interior color schemes.
