Miekedingen Blend

My client sent me this link to the Contemporist blog entry about designer Mieke Meijer of Miekedingen (which means Mieke things). So simple, so lovely, so clever…

I worry about those corners at the bottom of the bed frame a little and don’t love the details on the corner, but apart from that I think it would be perfect for a country house.

Are the night stands extended from the head board? Clever. I probably would have covered the back insert with fabric for a more complete look and also to prevent things from falling behind the bed
