Alabama Chanin's hand-stitched interior fabrics
August 13, 2008

One of my favorite artisans is one Miss Alabama Chanin, a designer, craftswoman, artist, and visionary whose love and care shows in every stitch. Her clothing, fabrics, furniture, and jewelry exhibit the delicate details and design elements of a textile genius, with an endearing quality that exudes comfort and personal connections.
Check out her line of textiles for interior applications: they're made from new, old, and organic fabrics, stitched by hand by local artisans (all collections are made in the U.S.). All her product selections are limited editions, so jump on the Alabama bandwagon before they're gone!
