    Peter Layne, Arc-Com Co-Founder, Dies at 68

    Peter Layne

After a brave fight, Arc-Com mournes the passing of one of its principal founders, Peter Layne. Arc-Com was founded by Peter and his brother Jeff Layne in 1972. For 41 years they have worked side-by-side along with a loyal team of incredible employees to build Arc-Com into the successful company we know today. His loss will be felt not only within the company but throughout the industry as well.  Peter’s contributions and legacy will aid in our continued commitment to the contract industry. He will be sorely missed.
