The Word on the Street: Milliken & Company's Moment Collection

Urban photographers have long been enamored with the romance and drama of city life—driven to capture instants that would otherwise pass in the blink of an eye. Milliken & Company’s Moment collection comprises four patterns based on black-and-white snapshots: City Escape, Swept Away, On The Avenue, and Saturday Morning. Imbued with the kinetic energy of couples dancing or bicycles in motion, the patterns are oversize and semiabstract; figures and objects rendered in painterly daubs of gray come into focus depending on your vantage point. Available as tile or broadloom, both in dye-injected nylon.
