Joan Blumenfeld, Perkins+Will . As Perkins+Will’s Global Interior Design Director and Interior Design Director of the New York Office, Joan Blumenfeld combines interests in design excellence, sustainability, and social responsibility for her diverse and prominent clients. Jordan Mozer, Jordan Mozer and Associates . Inspired by music, nature, history and popular culture, Jordan Mozer’s creations bridge art and architecture. Patricia Urquiola, Haworth . Patricia’s work is widely known to be playful and poetic, yet pragmatic and functional, a creative combination that is the magic behind her work. She comes and goes through conventional time – rethinking, reinventing, and creating new. Kelie Mayfield & Erick Ragni, MaRS (Mayfield and Ragni Studio) . Mayfield and Ragni are regarded worldwide for their extensive research and understanding of their clients’ culture. Instead of imposing a singular vision, they have developed a design mantra that creates new ways to reflect each client’s particular brand and image. Mayfield and Ragni bring their design sensibilities into the creation of custom furniture, carpets and art installations and collaborate with artists and craftsmen to compliment their work.

Will Meyer & Gray Davis, Meyer Davis Studio . Meyer Davis Studio is a globally recognized design boutique specializing in residential, hospitality, retail, and workplace environments. The firm has established itself at the forefront of high end commercial and residential design practices. Meyer Davis designs seamless physical experiences tailored to their client’s individuality, combining principles of great design with a clear vision for the experience they seek to create.

Eva Maddox, Perkins+Will . Eva Maddox is Design Principal of the global design firm, Perkins+Will, and founder of Branded Environments, a research-based design approach that identifies and integrates clients’ DNA into tangible brand expressions, experiences and environments. Fast Company has named her one of the “change agents…designers, and dreamers who are creating your future”.

Lifetime of HiPness: Multidisciplinary

Michael Vanderbyl, Luna Textiles . Michael Vanderbyl has gained international prominence in the design field as practitioner, educator, critic, and advocate. Since being established in San Francisco in 1973, his firm Vanderbyl Design has evolved into a multidisciplinary studio with expertise in identity, print and digital communications, showrooms, interiors, furniture, and product design.

Paola Navone. Paola Navone is a citizen of the world driven by her extreme interest in the most widely differing cultures. In her long and varied career she has switched easily between the roles of architect, designer, art director, interior designer, critic, teacher, and organizer of exhibitions. She works with brands of the Italian and international design world from Alessi to Poliform and Gervasoni with her most recent collaboration making news at Crate and Barrel.

Product Designer: Furniture

Gernot Bohmann, Harald Gründl, & Martin Bergmann, EOOS . EOOS’ designs, from pens, to bathtubs, from seating and tables for Keilhauer, to retail spaces for Adidas and Armani, are award-winning and commercially successful.

Product Designer: Flooring

Jhane Barnes, Tandus Centiva . Jhane Barnes is a respected, multi faceted designer with a deep appreciation for nature, beauty, and the human experience. Over the past four decades, Jhane’s menswear label has become a mainstay in many high-end specialty stores.As Jhane made a name for herself in the fashion industry, she expanded her unconventional design approach to create textiles for Knoll, furniture for Bernhardt, and carpet for Tandus Centiva.

David Oakey, David Oakey Designs . David Oakey Designs has earned awards for design excellence in contract carpets & fabrics from IIDA, Resource Council, ASID, and from AIA as the client with Pond Studios in LaGrange, GA. Product Designer and Trend Analyst, David and Cindi work together bringing innovative textile designs to the interior design community.

Kevin Stark, HNI Contract Furniture Group. Stark is the Vice President, Design, at HNI Contract Furniture Group and has been with the company since 1986. In addition to overseeing all of the design development and branding strategy at HBF, he is an award-winning furniture designer in his own right. His Eiffel Occasional Table Series, Canterbury Series, and Cadre Series have all won Best of NeoCon awards.
