The Festival of Lights is drawing nigh, but at Hong Kong’s Upper House hotel, festivities are already underway. The Swire Hotels property is currently showcasing a bespoke Christmas tree–like sculpture by Czech lighting manufacturer Lasvit and frequent collaborators Yabu Pushelberg. The tree, fashioned entirely from Lasvit's Otto stemmed drinkware and Cipher lighting, brings the spirit of giving to the hotel's lobby. That ethos will carry on until Christmas Eve, when the Upper House will auction the one-of-a-kind piece to raise funds for local organization The Society for Aids Care.
