World-renowned fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is debuting an international hospitality brand. Lagerfeld Hotels & Resorts will translate the Chanel and Fendi creative director’s eclectic aesthetic into a range of high-end bespoke projects, including luxury hotels, residential buildings, and private clubs, through a licensing agreement with Brandmark Collective BV.

This announcement closely follows the iconic fashion veteran’s recent foray into interior design. Earlier this year, Lagerfeld was named the creative force behind the lobbies at the Estates at Acqualina, a luxury residential complex in Miami—his first project in the United States. Lagerfeld has also lent his design expertise to hotels in Monaco, Singapore, Paris, and Macau, and recently revealed designs for lobbies at two luxury high-rise residential buildings in Toronto.
