Baker Selected Works of Tony Duquette

Over nearly six decades, one prolific designer supplied mansionsful of sophisticated exuberance to Hollywood royalty—who jealously guarded his masterpieces. Baker now liberates 19 of them from private ownership by reproducing and adapting them as part of a collection called the Selected Works of Tony Duquette. Designed in 1965 for Charles and Palmer Ducommun's house in Los Angeles, the Biomorphic console combines a 70-inch-wide glass top and a 33-inch-high cast-resin base finished with gold or silver leaf. 800-592-2537; bakerfurniture.com. circle 410
