IIDA NY Holds Hospitality Design Event in New York
Speakers will discuss the branding relationship between hospitality and retail design.

On July 24, architects and designers will convene at New York's W New York hotel for the New York chapter of the International Interior Design Association's (IIDA NY) New Age of Hospitality & Retail Design, an event including speakers from four prominent firms in the hospitality and design industry. Attendees can pick up 0.1 CEU.
The discussion will focus on the branding relationship between hospitality and retail design, including the similarities, differences, and trends to watch for.
Participants are:
- Beth Novitsky, design director for Gensler Studio 585
- Aaron Richter, EVP of Architecture & Design, Ian Schrager Company
- David Ashen, Principal, D-Ash Design
- Jay Valgora, Principal, Studio V Architecture
Nancy Jackson, President, Architectural Systems will serve as moderator.
Cocktails will be served beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the presentation will run from 6:45 - 8:30 pm. The event will be held at the Court at W New York, located at 130 East 39th Street.
