CSI Metropolitan New York Chapter Convenes

Confused about rules for green products and projects? On Wednesday, January 9, the CSI Metropolitan New York Chapter construction specifications institute will present the Process of Selecting and Specifying Sustainable Products at Annie Moore's Bar & Restaurant in New York.Members and guests are invited to hear chapter vice-presidents Susan M. Kaplan, from HLW International, and Bill DuBois of Gensler. Speakers will delve into questions including: How do we deal with the fact that green projects differ from others and have new sets of rules for products? and What are the resources available for finding green products”? LEED criteria will also be discussed. The program can be applied towards one AIA/CES Learning Unit and .1 CSI CEN.
The event is $25.00 per person (the program is free; the fee covers dinner). Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted at the door. RSVP via email to Jeffrey Matles at jmatles@aim.com.
