New Home for Arizona Design Center

A 7,000-square-foot atrium lobby will serve for special events.

Architects, designers, and decorators on the West coast will soon have a new design facility. The Arizona Design Center, showcasing 11 designer showrooms, will open the doors to its new home October 27.

Formally located in central Phoenix and south Scottsdale, the Design Center now houses Alexander Sinclair, David Adler, Dean Warren, Floors, Horizon Art, Inside/Out, Kravet, McNamara & Hirschman, Pacific Resource Group, Pindler & Pindler, and Trappings under one roof. The facility services the trade in Arizona, New Mexico and Clark County. Highlights include a 7,000-square-foot atrium lobby for special events.

Part of Riverwalk Arizona, the Design Center sits atop land owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community, home to the Pima and Maricopa Indians, descendants of the ancient Hohokam Indians. Riverwalk is the largest U.S. development on Native American land to date.

On the opening day, special events will start at 8:30am and run until 7pm. An evening gala will feature Larry Laslo and Lloyd Princeton. The Design Center is located at 7350 Dobson Road. To R.S.V.P., call 1-888-830-2680.
