Interior Design's annual 2012 Health Care Giants survey reveals that the temperature's rising in this sector of the industry, especially if you look at the number of design staffers hired for health care. We counted 239 designers hired in the health care sector in the past 12 months, whereas 93 are expected to be hired within the next year. The most admired firms in health care echo the rankings and comprise Perkins + Will (ranked #1) NBBJ (ranked # 7), and ZGF Architects (ranked # 15).
