The doors of perception are thrown open with Tape, Monica Armani’s redesign of the shower cubicle for Boffi. Instead of a hinge, this door rotates on a pivot that partially cuts into the plane—both inside and outside the brushed stainless steel framing as it opens and closes. Made of tempered, extra-light float glass, the door comes 82 . inches high and either 31 . or 35 inches wide. The same height, the width of the fixed glass panel ranges from 31 to 63 inches. boffi-soho.com.
