Understated elegance defines Euro, a molded-fiberglass table from the Stack collection. The custom gel-coat finish on the 24-inch-high body can be specified in any number of custom colors, such as dusty gold. The 24-inch-diameter top boasts a surfeit of solid-surface options, black granite for one. And as if that's not enough flexibility, the table is safe for outdoor use. 312-467-7008; niedermaier.com.

When attempting to comply with Old Hollywood's famously puritanical Hays Code, many film directors made an unwitting discovery: A partial reveal can titillate even more than complete exposure. What conjures the intrigue here is thin strips of laminated-beech plywood-closely connected but not completely joined. Combining natural and stained beech creates a pattern of dots or zigzags on the surface of the screen, which measures 78 3/4 inches high, 39 ½ wide, and 13 deep. 212-488-7000; lepereinc.com.

Choices are served up buffet-style for Valerie Schmieder and Scott Sikkema's Pete. The standard translucent-resin tabletop-available in numerous sizes, round, square, or rectangular-can also be ordered in high-pressure laminates. Add an ABS thermoplastic edge in white, bone, gray, or graphite, and choose between white, pewter, and black for the finish of the cold-rolled steel base. 877-318-7661; sparkeology.com.

Quirky forms and splashy colors distinguish the Paris fashion house's expanded home offerings. The wood frame of Pop 2 can be matte-lacquered in grass, purple, lime, or green apple; another option is ebony veneer with contrasting lacquer inserts. It stands 46 ½ inches long, 15 ¾ wide, and 23 high. 800-634-4043; kenzo.com.

Bold geometric shapes intersect in designer Alain Gilles's Collage. Four linked tables, which can swivel, are accented by a fifth freestanding (but interlocking) table. The lacquered steel assembly measures 56 inches wide, 28 ½ deep, and 14 high. Through Leif Petersen, 415-925-2701; leifpetersenfurniture.com.

Kevin McPhee had the zigzagging levels of Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater in mind when designing Cantilever, with its seemingly floating planes. Constructed from MDF, the table adjusts horizontally in various positions. Finish options are gloss-orange, black, white, and matte-white lacquer plus maple, cherry, and walnut veneer. Available in a set of three. 800-350-4127; bnind.com.

Grab that scanner-Babak Hakakian's Barcode is ready to be checked out. Like the badge of commerce it's named for, each reclaimed-marble table bears a singular pattern. At 98 ½ inches long, 39 ½ wide, and 29 high, the model can also be specified with stone or steel legs. 212-685-0800; ddcnyc.com.
