The Mohawk Group Presents Green Seminar in NY

On Thursday, April 26 carpet manufacturer The Mohawk Group will present sustainability seminar Green Matters: From Precedent to Practice in New York. The seminar can be applied towards one CEU credit.
Ken Wilson, founding principal of Washington, DC-based Envision Design, and Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute will speak at the event. The duo will discuss green design trends and innovative design concepts in the architecture and design community. Wilson will offer several case study examples, covering both interior and product design. Eiseman, who is the author of Color: Messages and Meanings, will share her views on the color trends for sustainable design.
The event will run from 5:30-7:30pm at 71 West 23rd Street (between Fifth and Sixth Avenues). Presentations will take place in Suite 2 Central, 2nd Floor. A reception in the Mohawk Group Showroom on the 18th Floor, including snacks and drinks, will follow the speakers.
