Green has been a hot buzzword since the middle of the decade, and anyone who is anyone in business, no matter what the industry, has jumped on the bandwagon to offer green products and/or services, genuine or not. At a time when green-washing often pulls the wool over the eyes of the consumer and trade communities, it's always refreshing to find emerging innovators who independently try to make a difference in the collective quality of life.

Each spring, new designers flock to New York for the International Contemporary Furniture Fair to launch their lines, showcase their wares, and parade new products in front of hungry members of the industry and media. Those whose are producing green stand out among the crowd for their conscientious business practices and eco-friendly goods.
