It takes a lot to impress a celebrity-laden city like Los Angeles, but the team of design stars that transformed the 20th floor of downtown high-rise Evo into a stunning showhouse appear to have done just that.

Mark Cutler

Evo, Los Angeles's only LEED-Silver high-rise residential building, unveiled the five residences on February 13 after tasking a group of L.A. interior designers—including a team from home furnishings retailer Room & Board, and Mark Cutler, designer to clients like Jennifer Lopez and Steve Carell—to transform the space.

Daniel Vandenbark

"The goal is to enlighten Angelenos about modern luxury living in a high-rise," says Evo's sales and marketing director Rhonda Slavik. "High-rise living is still a new concept to most L.A. residents, and many aren't accustomed to designing for that type of space. We decided to create beautiful models to provide them with expert examples of the best in design for modern high-rise luxury living."
