Campbell Contract

Displaying a range of skills and styles, David Allan Pesso designed this company's four latest furniture collections. The rounded forms of the Orbit series have a decidedly '50s vibe, while the Crescent line of wood-frame chairs is more traditional. Northgate comprises updated ladder-back seating, including side chairs and armchairs. The Highland upholstery pieces—club chair, settee, and bench—offer maximum comfort in minimum space.

Hamilton Furniture

A bit less lean than what we've grown accustomed to seeing in recent years, the Huntington collection of upholstered furniture "gives a minimalist nod to the '70s," says designer Catherine Stewart. "It blends with the moderne furniture that's so popular today." Standouts include the armchair and armless sofa, fitting additions to any soigné setting.

Anichini

Old-world elegance distinguishes this company's latest table linens, in mercerized cotton. Among the five new patterns is Diamant.

Living Divani

Looking to lounge? Consider Divina, the company's latest collection by Piero Lissoni. Characterized by comfy cushioning and sleek lines, the chair, love seat, sofa, and petite lounge chair suit reception areas, restaurants, and hotels.

Loewenstein

For dining in modern style and timeless comfort, we like the Modivo chair, whose sweeping arms make a dramatic statement in anodized aluminum. Also available as a stackable side chair.

Brown Jordan International

Seating from the Wave collection of indoor-outdoor furniture is set apart by the swooping silhouette of curved frames fashioned from extruded aluminum. The upholstery fabric is a high-tech mesh with UV stability.

Heltzer

The Woven Trellis System shields sidewalk cafés and restaurants from passersby and other street traffic—and is also great for patios and pools. Panels of teak or cedar slats, framed in stainless steel, stand on feet or castors or can be mounted on a wall. Attachable accessories include lanterns, bird feeders, and bud vases.

Duralee Fabrics

Techstyle Contract's Crypton III upholstery fabrics deserve notice for their performance as well as their sassy style. These woven jacquards in punchy patterns and fresh colors are resistant to stains, flames, abrasion, and bacteria.

Mark David

Walnut veneers add formality to the Tuxedo collection, which includes armoire, nightstand, desk, mirror, and headboard.

Durkan Patterned Carpet

New Yorkers and New Yorkers at heart will fall for Tribute, a collection of graphic patterns inspired by the aura and architecture of the city. In addition to 13 broadloom options, an area rug and three borders are available.
