Miele to Host Green Kitchen Event

Want to learn more about the design innovations necessary for an environmentally friendly kitchen? On Saturday, November 3, appliance manufacturer Miele will present an event titled Green Kitchen Design at its Princeton, New Jersey showroom. Robert Blakeman, principal at engineering and architecture firm Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) will serve as the guest speaker.
Blakeman will explore green design from both a commercial and residential standpoint, touching topics including water conservation, energy conservation, material conservation, and air quality. A member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Blakeman recently organized a LEED Training Workshop and is currently signed up to teach a course on sustainable design for the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
The event will be held at 10am. The Miele showroom is located at 9 Independence Way.
