Staff -- Interior Design, 12/26/2001 12:46:00 PM

Nevamar Decorative Surfaces announced that its full commerical line has been enrolled in the BlueBolt Studio interior design software.

BlueBolt provides access to a library featuring more than 50 brands of commerical finishes, along with color-true product imagery. Design professionals may use the software to create and share digital sample boards, search for products using detailed criteria such as color, print complete product specs, plus order samples online.

'At Nevamar, in addition to supplying quality product, we want to support our design customers in the way they work,' said Linda Kerechek, Nevamar brand manager. 'This is a powerful new tool for selecting interior finishes and aiding the specification process.

'We envision BlueBolt Studio to be a strong complement to our own web site, as it provides yet another way for designers to evaluate and select decorative surface patterns and colors,' she added.

'We're thrilled to have Nevamar on board,' said Nate Kredich, BlueBolt Network's coo. 'It's one of the brands our subscribers have asked for, and we're excited to deliver their products right to the designers' desktops.'

Access to BlueBolt Studio is through subscription. Users can subscribe or download a free trial of the PC-compatible software by visiting www.bluebolt.com, or by calling (800) 845-2511. Discounted rates are available to IIDA members, educators and design students.
