New Knoll Dallas Showroom Targeting LEED Gold

With 9,100 square feet of floor space, the showroom will act as a new design resource for the Dallas design community.

Knoll Dallas Showroom

In the midst of a waning economy, Knoll’s latest showroom is investing in gold—LEED-CI Gold, that is. The textile and furniture manufacturer recently launched a new Dallas location in the heart of the city’s arts district.

Early on, the store determined a motto by which to exist and do business in the community; throughout the development process, the company maintained their “Work, Life, World” state of mind, which determined their urban locale and fulfilled a company-wide goal to reduce an inevitable carbon footprint. Conquering “Work, Life,” the new Knoll showroom is centrally located at One Arts Plaza, a mixed-use building housing residential, office, hospitality, and entertainment space. Satisfying their final buzzword, Knoll Dallas is pending LEED-CI Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

With 9,100 square feet of floor space, the showroom will act as a new design resource for the Dallas design community. The location offers a range of workplace and residential products from Knoll, KnollStudio, KnollTextiles and Knoll Luxe, including office systems, seating, files and storage, tables and desks, wood casegoods, textiles, and accessories.
