Say It With Flowers
Opulence is the order of the day at Design by Us, thanks to the MDF Variety cabinet's 1960's flower-power chic—mixed with a splash of Goth. The milled-out doors' happy daisy pattern echoes in a lining that combines vintage Technicolor wallpaper with painted siding. Perched on castors, the piece measures 70 3/4 inches high, and it's 59 inches wide by 19 1/2 deep. 43 Rentemestervej, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark; 45-38-11-80-86; design-by-us.com. circle 341

It's part of a collection that also includes a side table and a double-duty bench and magazine stand. All Wave pieces are plywood made of eco-friendly Sande, sustainably harvested from private land in Ecuador. 851 81st Avenue, Studio 215, Oakland, CA 94621; 510-649-8895; dbfurniture.com. circle 343

Privacy the Ionic screen won't deliver, but it does make a statement. Studded with oval perforations, the panels come in oak, cherry, Baltic birch, wengé, natural or amber bamboo plywood, and a bio-composite available in myriad lacquer colors. The 85 1/2-by-87-inch frame is brushed stainless steel, as are the 20-inch-long feet. 2524 30th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713; 727-488-6884; moxbox.net. circle 345
Country Gear
Inspired by the changing rhythms of home life—particularly the way one piece of furniture is called on to perform several functions—the Gear Modern buffet has a slightly mission-style vibe. Offered in light or dark walnut and custom finishes, the cabinet is 67 1/2 inches long by 19 1/2 wide by 39 high. It's part of the 40-piece Arzento collection. 2408 Main Street, Bridgehampton, NY 11932; 631-537-1032; countrygearltd.com. circle 346

Offered with a top of plastic laminate—silk-screened orange or white—or plain bleached oak, this light-as-air table is supported by bent metal legs 29 inches high. The length can expand from 51 to 102 inches; the width is 33 inches. 11 Hegelgasse, 1010 Vienna, Austria; 43-1-310-20020; thonet-vienna.com. circle 347

Inspired by Mother Nature but realized in glass and steel, Twig features a 27-inch-high organic base finished in silver and rubbed to a patina. The top, 24 inches in diameter, is smoke-tinted glass edged in gilt. 1414 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 1414, Chicago, IL 60654; 312-329-9410; bakerfurniture.com. circle 348
