Fortune Contract Seeks Design Projects

The winner will receive recognition, a cash prize for travel, and a trip to NeoCon.

Sourced Fortune Contract carpet for a project recently? The carpet manufacturer is now accepting entries -- due May 1 -- to its Yard to Miles competition. The annual competition recognizes design projects featuring Fortune Contract carpet products and the top prize includes cash for a trip to anywhere in the world.

To qualify, projects must be completed after January 1, 2006. In addition to cash for travel, the winner will earn a Yards to Miles crystal sculpture and a trip to Chicago to attend the Yards to Miles press breakfast. The breakfast will be held Tuesday, June 10 at Fortune's Merchandise Mart showroom, during furnishings showcase NeoCon World's Trade Fair. The winnng project will also be featured in trade publicity and on the Fortune Contract Web site.

To enter (free of charge), send in photos of your completed project, a brief project description, project name, location, yardage, and style of Fortune products. Entry forms are available online.
 
Headquartered in Dalton, Georgia, Fortune Contract produces carpet products available in a core palette of 145 solid and barberpole yarns.
