Frank de Biasi has been appointed as senior director of Interiors for Michael Graves & Associates. Under his direction, MGA’s Interiors Studio will continue to take on all of the firm's interiors projects and is also expanding its stand-alone practice. Previously, de Biasi worked for Peter Marino & Associates, Architects.

The Art Institute of California--San Francisco has added two new part-time members, Jerry Van Slambrouck and Jeff Nokkeo, to its faculty for the Fall and Winter semesters. Van Slambrouck is a commercial designer who has also taught at several Bay Area colleges. Nokkeo has teaching and practice experience as an AutoCAD specialist, and was as a project architect in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.
