Carnegie Visionaries

Staff -- Interior Design, 6/1/2002 12:00:00 AM

Carnegie Fabrics has unveiled the winners of the annual What's Your Vision competition. The contest, which called for creations constructed of 3 yards of the environmentally sound textile Xorel, drew a total of nearly 150 professional and student entrants. Carnegie donated $500 to $2,500 to the charity of the professional winners' choice and made equal contributions toward tuition for the three students. Judges were Ali Tayar of Parallel Design Partnership, Lisa Scull of the Rhode Island School of Design, Joe Connell of the Environments Group, and Interior Design editor in chief Cindy Allen.
